Why wouldn't I just hire a retainer agency?Good question! Retainer agencies charge you fixed fee, hourly fee and additional fees for influencer payment. Retainer contracts are slow and overpriced. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the Starter subscription plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying to agency when you have work available for them.

Is there a limit of how many campaigns I can do?Once subscribed, you're able to add as many influencer marketing campaigns as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one until subscription fee-budget is used up.

How fast will my influencer collaboration get executed?On average, most influencer collaborations are executed in two weeks, from your request to posting first influencer contents. However, more complex collaborations it can take longer.

How do I execute campaign with you?AJ Marketing offers a ton of flexibility in how you can execute influencer marketing campaign. You can request to your account manager: unlimited consultations, recommendations, marketing strategy planning, tailored marketing proposal, influencer sample list, influencer audience data, content sample list.

What if I do not like influencer or content you recommend?No worries! We'll continue to revise influencer and content sample list until you're 100% satisfied.

What if I only have a single campaign?That's fine. You can collaborate with multiple influencers in a single campaign. You can also collaborate with mega influencers having millions of followers and use all subscription fee-budget. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste. Aside from that, you can pause your Starter subscription when finished and return when you have additional influencer needs.

How subscription fee-budget is being used up?You will use-up subscription fee-budget as you execute influencer collaborations. Each influencer collaboration will subtract from a total subscription fee-budget. Influencer collaboration cost varies greatly based on influencer follower size, category, content type, country and timing. We leverage our influencer partnerships to offer best options for you to choose from. We will provide amazing options and you will make final decision which options to go with.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?Due to the high quality nature of the work and influencer collaboration cost, there will be no refunds issued.
